Who we are

Ringcade is a single-player 3D block puzzle. Contact: support@ringcade.com.

First release: no ads or tracking

The ad-free iOS 1.0 first-release build and Android 1.0 contain no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. They do not use advertising identifiers, track you across other companies' apps or websites, or request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. No account, registration or payment is required. Launching the app and playing the game do not request remote advertising configuration or upload gameplay data to our servers.

Game data on your device

Progress, scores, visitor photos, settings and a limited history of game events are processed and stored only on your device. Event records support local features and troubleshooting and are not sent to us or third parties. You can export or import a save code in Settings.

Only when you choose system sharing is your selected image or text passed to the app you select, which has its own privacy policy. Ringcade does not host public posts, messages or photos. Your operating system may back up app data according to your device settings.

Website and support

When you choose to open our website, privacy policy or support page, Cloudflare may process your IP address and request logs to operate and protect the website. The website does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking tools.

If you voluntarily email support, we process your email address and message only to respond, resolve your request and handle necessary follow-up. Please do not send unrelated sensitive information. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising tracking.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and email forwarding. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Support email is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to Google Gmail and handled by the developer. Google Privacy Policy.

We require providers processing user data to meet applicable data protection obligations and provide protection at least equivalent to this policy and Apple's App Store privacy requirements. Their policies explain processing, retention and privacy request procedures. These links do not replace our responsibility for website and support data.

Retention and deletion

• Local data: Game data remains until you delete the app or overwrite the relevant save. Exported save codes, shared photos and system backups are separate copies that must be deleted where they are stored. Deleting the app does not automatically remove those copies.
• Support email: We retain messages only as needed to resolve requests, handle follow-up and meet necessary legal obligations. Unneeded records are deleted unless retention is legally required.
• Hosting and email provider records: These are managed under the providers' published policies and are not automatically deleted when you uninstall the app. We can help you find their privacy request channels.

Your rights

To request access, correction or deletion of data we control, or ask a privacy question, contact support@ringcade.com and describe your request. Do not send identity documents. If needed, we will verify your identity in a way proportionate to the request and explain any part we cannot fulfill and available channels. Manage game data stored solely on your device as described above.

Children

The game is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

Policy changes

If a future version introduces advertising or changes data processing, we will update this policy and the store privacy disclosures before that version is released, and request any required permissions.
